Moving Average

As the name implies, the Moving Average is an indicator that will give the average value from price movements. there are several parameters that must be inputted when running this indicator

• Period = Number of bar / candle that will be taken dhitung value of the last candle

• Shift = Advancing moving average value based on a few candles in the input

• MA method = method to be used in calculating the average value

• Apply to = data candle that will be computed average rating

Period eg 15 and filled Apply to low, then the Moving Average shows the average value of the lowest prices from 15 the previous candle, and likewise if the Apply to High, the Moving Average shows the average value of the highest price of the 15 previous candle.

This indicator is usually used to determine price trends. if the price is above the Moving Average then trend up, and vice versa if it is under the Moving Average then the trend is down.

but in its development, this indicator can also be used such as:

• Determine the pivot point.

• took the angel of the moving average angle to determine whether the price is only a reversal or a new trend has formed.

• entry point of the cross point of two MA 
• and many more functions of the Supreme Court that applied to the custom indicator.
