New Promotions for the 1st Quarter of 2011:

1 50% Second Chance Rebate of Lost Money:

• ·This promotion can be re-used over and over for any future losses of $100 or more (not counting the prior bonus) after being credited your bonus.

2 100% Loss Return Rebate:

• · If you deposited $500 or more, and lost $100 or more in trading, you can get back EVERYTHING!
• · Simply refer 3 of your friends who will each deposit at least double the amount of your loss. When they perform at least 100 mini lots (or 10 standard 100k lots, or 1000 micro 1k lots) of non-scalping* trades each, you will receive the total sum of your loss.

3 25% Deposit Rebate:

• · Reward yourself for active non-scalping trading! Deposit at least $500, and receive a 25% bonus (up to $500 per account holder).
• · This promotion can be re-used over and over for new deposits, provided that the conditions for the previous deposit's withdrawal have been fulfilled.
** Withdrawal after: 200 mini lots (or 20 standard 100k lots, or 2000 micro 1k lots) of non-scalping* trades

Rebates and Bonuses General Rules and Conditions:
* Only non-scalping trades will be considered. A non-scalping trade is defined as a trade with a profit or loss of at least 7 pips.

• (1) In order to withdraw promotional bonuses and rebates, you must verify that you have fulfilled required conditions by providing your own calculations via email to support@fxclearing.com. Within the next 5 business days, FXCL will verify your eligibility and the funds will become available to be withdrawn.
• (2) FXCL reserves the rights to disqualify any bonus or rebate due to abuse of the bonus conditions, such as arbitrage or hedging between multiple accounts.
• (3) Withdrawal rules must be observed in order to retain your bonus or rebate - withdrawing before the required conditions have been met would disqualify the bonus or rebate.
• (4) FXCL is not responsible for late, lost, incorrect, illegible, misdirected, mutilated or incomplete rebate/bonus calculations.
• (5) Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the rebates and bonuses herein will be disqualified.
• (6) FXCL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or prematurely conclude the promotions for any reason.
• (7) FXCL reserves the right to disqualify a bonus or rebate if an account balance is in the negative.
• (8) Bonuses and rebates are not transferable between accounts.
• (9) Above promotions are effective for Mini and Micro-Cents accounts only.

**	Promo ini dapat digunakan berkali-kali, jika Anda mengalami loss lagi sejumlah $100 atau lebih (tidak termasuk bonus sebelumnya) pada account trading tersebut.
**	Contoh :   Jumlah total loss Anda : $150. Jika Anda deposit minimal $150 x 2 = $300 Bonus yang bisa Anda peroleh sebesar $150 / 2 = $75 Selanjutnya, jika Anda Loss lagi $175 ($100 dari dana Anda sendiri, $75 dari bonus yang telah Anda dapatkan sebelumnya).   **	Ketentuan Withdrawal : Setelah trading 200 mini lot (atau 20 standard lot, atau 2000 micro lot) untuk transaksi trading non-scalping
  **	Promo ini dapat digunakan berkali-kali jika ketentuan withdrawal untuk deposit pertama telah dipenuhi.

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN UMUM REBATE DAN BONUS :
*  Hanya transaksi trading non-scalping yang akan dihitung. Transaksi trading non-scalping adalah transaksi trading yang profit atau loss nya minimal 7 pip (harga close selisih 7 pip dari harga open).

1. Agar dapat me-withdraw rebate dan bonus promo, Anda harus memberitahukan bahwa Anda telah memenuhi ketentuan withdrawal dengan cara mengirimkan perhitungan Anda sendiri melalui email ke support@fxclearing.com
   Dalam waktu 5 hari kerja, FXClearing akan memeriksa kelayakan transaksi trading Anda dan selanjutnya Dana dapat di withdraw.
2. FX|Clearing memiliki hak untuk mendiskualifikasi bonus atau rebate yang dianggap menyalahi ketentuan bonus, seperti arbitrage atau hedging antar beberapa account.
3. Ketentuan Withdrawal harus benar-benar diperhatikan agar Anda dapat mempertahankan bonus atau rebate Anda - permintaan withdrawal sebelum kondisi yang ditentukan telah terpenuhi dapat mengakibatkan diskualifikasinya bonus atau rebate tersebut.
4. FX|Clearing tidak bertanggungjawab atas keterlambatan, kehilangan, kekeliruan, terpotong atau tidak lengkapnya penghitungan bonus/rebate.
5. Siapapun yang menggunakan cara curang untuk memperoleh rebate dan bonus akan didiskualifikasi.
6. FX|Clearing memiliki hak, atas kebijaksanaannya sendiri, untuk membatalkan, memodifikasi atau mengakhiri promo tersebut lebih awal dengan alasan apapun.
7. FX|Clearing memiliki hak untuk mendiskualifikasi suatu bonus atau rebate jika balance pada account trading dalam angka negatif.
8. Bonus dan rebate tidak dapat di transfer antar account.
9. Promo tersebut di atas berlaku untuk account Mini dan Micro-Cents saja.
